We will never sell your information. We do not share ANY information with outside parties.
We aim to prevent unauthorized access, and ensure the appropriate use of
your information, we have appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive and you have the option to "opt out" of our contact with you in the future.
Such addresses are not used for any other purpose, are not shared with outside parties, and are never sold.
Your information will not be kept on file after 6 months.
It will be destroyed at that time.
Terms Of Service
When you sign up you are agreeing to our:
Agreement and Terms of Service.
1. EGM Services, Inc (BusinessToBusinessMarketing.com) will never reveal your name or email address or any other personal information to any outside sources. See Privacy Policy
2. EGM Services, Inc. agrees to create and maintain a special web page where you can
post an appeal for a business loan or any type of loan or you can indicate
your desire to partner with another to achieve a common goal.
3. This service to continue as long as you have a valid EGM account if you
purchase for one month, your posting will be removed after one month unless
you extend and the same for a three month or 6 month posting.
4. EGM can at it's discretion, edit, or refuse to post any wording we receive from you.
5. We will not post anything to your web page related to hate or that is sexual in content.
6. You will be responsible for all content on your web page.
7. You will be responsible for contacting any potential lender or partner.
8. You will not hold EGM Services Inc. responsible for anything other than providing and posting to the special web page your wording which is provided by you.
9. EGM cannot guarantee and does not promise any loans or partnerships as these are factors out of our control. We will take the necessary steps to make sure our web site is seen on the Internet and pages are submitted to search engines.
10. If you put your name, address or any other information on your web page, you do so at your own risk. We highly recommend not using a mailing address (unless it is a PO Box)
also highly recommend not to include your email address, as this will just
cause you to be spammed.
11. We also suggest that you do not include a phone number.
12. We strictly prohibit spamming by e-mail or newsgroups or other means. Spamming is the sending of unsolicited emails or sending messages to new groups promoting your web page. Do this and you lose your page and no refund either.
13. As stated there are no refunds and no guarantees. Except where noted.
14. EGM Services, Inc. cannot control others from using the email address if
you list it on your page.
15. EGM Services, Inc, BusinessToBusinessMarketing.com is not responsible for any outside parties that may contact you for any reason, including disreputable people who try to extort monies from you.
16. Upon receiving notice from us that a potential lender is wanting to make
contact with you it is your responsibility to contact them and verify that
they are reputable by checking with the Better Business Bureau or using
whatever means you can. EGM Services does not get involved in the process
between you the member and the potential lender.
17. EGM Services Inc and BusinessToBusinessMarketing.com is not liable for any
deals you make with lenders or those who say they are lenders, nor the consequences associated with their abuse by outside parties.
18. EGM Services Inc will make every effort to insure that unqualified
entities and their inquiries are not forwarded to you, but we cannot screen
the potential lenders for authenticity.
19. Don't get scammed!
Use your common sense.....Be wary of any offers especially from other
countries. Don't send anyone money, they are supposed to help you or
partner with you, if they ask for money from you, be very suspect and we
strongly suggest you do not send it!
20. If you do get a check or money order you can deposit it but don't use
the funds until the check or money order clears the bank and your bank says
that the funds are okay to use.
