The company will provide specialty spa services to the medium-to-high-end leisure and relaxation market in Clearwater , Florida . Looking to open a 3,800 – 4,500 square foot facility. The company will offer the services you would expect at a spa, including traditional massages, facials and body scrubs, what differentiates the company is the services will include the blending of sounds and/or color harmonics in treatments, bathing in various sea salts of ancient origins, utilizing crystals and/or oil essences all with the purpose of integration of mind, body and soul. It will also offer lifestyle counseling as well as energetic balancing.

Company Ownership

The company will be created as an S corporation based in Clearwater , Florida ,which is privately owned. A percentage of the stock will be sold to investors and offered to key personnel.

The CEO of the company has a BA from the University of Southern California and has been in the healthcare field for over 16 years.  She previously owned and managed a home health agency in California which had revenues of over 5 million a year.  Has also worked in the retail industry for a large bookstore as a bookseller, department manager, community relations manager. Write, create and design signature treatments, services, brochures, menus. Creating profit centers
Provide some business management in development and establishing specific systems for the spa. Recommendation of products. Ensure and recommend appropriate spa equipment and installation.

Assist with marketing concepts, including gift and referral programs, weekly, monthly events/lectures, community outreach.
